Disabled Access Policy
VR Training and Accessibility
Reverto's VR training courses are designed to be accessible to all, with a few exceptions:
- People with epilepsy (risk of seizure)
- People with inner ear disorders (risk of disorientation and nausea)
- People with psychological conditions who may not tolerate having their face covered or close proximity
Alternative Access Options
For those affected by the above conditions, we have created a PC and MAC version of each solution accessible via web browser. This ensures that every team member can access the experience. However, the organisation will need to provide computers with internet access for these participants. We recommend one computer per person with a disability that cannot follow the VR experience. If Wi-Fi is not available, the facilitator can share a 4G connection, depending on the quality of the network on site.
Alternative Content Providers
If internet access isn’t possible, we can offer non-VR training options through our partners:
- Ekiwork for sexism,
- Execo for disability
- HR consultancy partner for workplace bullying.
Disabled Persons Contact
Reverto has appointed Guillaume Clere as the accessibility contact. If you have questions about training accessibility for team members with disabilities, feel free to contact him at guillaume@reverto.fr. All requests will be handled with care and to the best of our ability.
