Create a More Inclusive Work Environment For All
Fostering diversity and inclusion starts with concrete actions. At Reverto, we use VR to design powerful training experiences that help participants step into new perspectives, encouraging every employee to take an active role in driving change. With our training, your company can build a workplace culture rooted in respect, equity, and belonging.

Why Offer Diversity and Inclusion Training?
- Drive innovation and creativity: new ideas emerge when different perspectives meet. By bringing together individuals with different backgrounds and perspectives, you create a space where unique insights can fuel innovation and where fresh solutions are more likely to take shape.
- Boost engagement and performance: employees who feel valued and included are more engaged and more motivated to do their best work. A positive, inclusive work climate also reduces absenteeism and errors, improving overall performance and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen your company's image: demonstrating your commitment to diversity sends a strong message not only to your teams but also to partners and future recruits. It shows that your company stands for fairness, openness, and respect.
- Retain new talents: when employees feel respected for who they are, they’re more likely to stay. Investing in inclusion helps you reduce turnover and build loyalty, saving time and resources on recruitment.
Diversity and inclusion training is a smart, strategic move that fuels innovation, strengthens performance, and reinforces your company’s reputation.
Key Learning Objectives of Our Diversity and Inclusion Training Program
Our training programme was designed to deliver six essential learning outcomes:
- Building a strong foundation on diversity: your teams will develop a clear understanding of the different types of discrimination that can occur in the workplace. The training covers a wide range of issues, including sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, racism, and religious discrimination.
- Recognising everyday problematic behaviours: discrimination doesn’t always look obvious, and many harmful acts go unnoticed because they’ve been normalised. We help learners identify, understand, and challenge subtle behaviours that contribute to exclusion.
- Practising inclusive professional behaviour: VR offers a safe, hands-on environment where participants can experiment with the right professional posture. They learn how to embody inclusive behaviours in real-world situations, making inclusion an active practice.
- Knowing how to react: we equip participants with tools to effectively recognise, respond to, and report discriminatory acts appropriately.
- Learning to accept feedback on bias: challenging bias starts with self-awareness. Participants will learn to receive feedback about potentially discriminatory behaviour in a constructive, open-minded way.
- Knowing where to turn for support: we clarify the internal resources available within your organisation for reporting inappropriate behaviour or seeking advice on diversity and inclusion-related concerns.
A Three-Phase Learning Experiment
Phase 1: Immersion Module
After a brief introduction, the session begins with a powerful immersive experience. Participants step into the shoes of Selim, Philippe, Aurélie, Linda, Louise, Christophe, and Mélanie. Throughout this module, learners witness and experience a range of discriminatory situations, including sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia, racism, and religious discrimination. By shifting perspectives, they gain a deeper, more personal understanding of the challenges linked to diversity and of why inclusive workplace culture matters.
Phase 2: Educational Module
Next, learners are guided through a step-by-step breakdown of the immersion experience. This key phase transforms emotional impact into actionable insight. Participants learn to recognise discriminatory behaviours and adopt the right response to help foster a respectful, inclusive work environment. The module also includes anonymous pre- and post-training quizzes to measure learning progress, offering a valuable snapshot of your organisation’s current diversity culture.
Phase 3: Debrief & Group Discussion
Finally, participants are invited to take part in a facilitated group discussion, if they wish. In this safe, respectful space, learners can ask questions, share their impressions, or speak about personal experiences without fear of judgement. This exchange is a powerful way to reinforce key takeaways while adapting them to your company’s specific context. It’s also an important moment to foster support among your teams, highlighting the vital role that empathy and listening play in building a workplace where everyone feels respected.
What Our Diversity and Inclusion Training Brings to the Table
Multi-Sensory Immersion
Virtual reality offers a powerful shift in perspective, making it one of the most impactful tools for diversity training. Participants don’t just hear about discrimination: they see it, feel it, and experience it firsthand. By stepping into someone else’s shoes, learners develop a deeper, more empathetic understanding of what discrimination looks and feels like in daily life. Thanks to our blend of cognitive science and expert filmmaking, participants walk away with skills they can immediately apply in the workplace.
Flexibility and Time-Saving
Our 17-minute sessions are designed to fit easily into busy schedules without disrupting your team’s day. That means you can build a more inclusive workplace without compromising productivity. Unlike traditional training formats, our VR solutions require minimal setup and resources, making them a practical, cost-effective choice for modern organisations.
Measurable Positive Impact
At Reverto, every training we deliver is systematically evaluated for real-world impact using large participant samples and has consistently demonstrated measurable results. While our Diversity & Inclusion training is a recent addition to our catalogue and hasn’t yet undergone full-scale impact analysis, early feedback and initial indicators are highly promising, in line with the strong results observed across our other programmes. We’re committed to transparency and will share full evaluation data as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, we continue working closely with our clients to ensure that each session helps build a more respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
