In 2018, Guillaume Clere founded Reverto, now a leading name in immersive training for the prevention of psychosocial risks. The idea came from a simple but powerful insight: even starting the conversation can be difficult.
Before launching Reverto, Guillaume worked for over six years as a video journalist with major French television channels.
He produced documentaries and investigative reports on key social issues such as migration, alcohol-related violence, healthcare, and politics.
He created Reverto with a clear goal: to apply his storytelling expertise to develop training programmes that are both authentic and impactful.
In 2018, he designed the first immersive VR experiences in France to raise awareness about sexism and harassment in the workplace.
Today, through Reverto, he continues to address issues such as discrimination, burnout, disability inclusion, and domestic violence, always with a focus on actionable solutions and crisis prevention.
